The riverside bar overlooking the Chobe River is a popular meeting place where guests look forward to having great cocktails and other refreshing drinks whilst watching a splendid African sunset.
Commissioner's Elegant Dining Restaurant
Located on the first floor on the riverside of the main building, this fine-dining restaurant offers a choice of table d’hôte or an à la carte menu. The dress code is smart casual.
Mokoros Family Restaurant
This family-friendly restaurant offers a variety of meals – from full English or continental breakfasts to buffet* lunch and dinner. A snack or pool terrace menu for light luncheons is also available. The outdoor ‘braai’ (barbecue) area has been created to facilitate traditional evenings and functions.
Poolside Bar
Relax and retreat from the hot midday sun at our poolside bar from 10h00 – 17h00, and order a light lunch from our pool and terrace menu. For group bookings, a ‘braai’ (barbecue) dinner may be arranged.
Riverside Bar
Ideally situated on the banks of the Chobe River on the ground floor of the main building, our riverside bar offers an impressive backdrop for sundowners from 10h00 – 22h00 daily.

Chobe Marina Lodge with its lush, expansive gardens, is home to a great variety of wildlife, including the legendary African fish eagle, warthog, squirrel, mongoose, vervet monkey, and fruit bat. With the world-renowned Chobe National Park just 10 minutes’ drive away, an encounter with Africa’s ‘awesome foursome’ – the elephant, leopard, lion, and buffalo – is very likely to occur!
The activities at Chobe Marina Lodge include golf; a leisurely sightseeing cruise to Sedudu Island; tiger fishing in the Chobe and Kasai River eco-systems; and a riverboat cruise to the Park – which is a truly unique game viewing experience! After such outings, guests may look forward to taking a dip in the sparkling swimming pool.
